Reflective, purposeful therapy for young adults navigating identity, growth, and change.

Hi, I’m Dexter—a therapist who works closely with young adults navigating the messy, meaningful transition into adulthood. Whether you’re asking big questions about who you are, struggling to manage overwhelming emotions, or simply feeling lost in the in-between, I’m here to help you find clarity, direction, and a deeper connection to yourself.

My approach is calm, reflective, and grounded in empathy. I believe real change often begins with quiet moments of insight—the ones that help you understand your story a little differently, and see new possibilities ahead. Therapy with me is a space to explore those moments, challenge old patterns, and grow into the person you want to become.

Much of my passion for this work comes from my own experience: becoming a therapist while also navigating my own transition into adulthood. That dual journey helped me build a deep sense of self-awareness, and it’s given me a unique understanding of what it’s like to be doing your inner work while still trying to show up in the world. I bring that perspective into every session—offering steadiness, curiosity, and a commitment to honoring your process, wherever you are in it.

If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who you’re becoming, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’d be honored to walk with you.
