Kendall Staggs

If you’re looking for someone who really listens—without judgment or pressure—you’re in the right place.

I offer a warm, affirming space where you can show up exactly as you are.

I work with adults and teens, with a special focus on supporting LGBTQ+ clients, folks navigating identity, anxiety, self-worth, or life transitions. My approach is client-centered and rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but every session starts with one simple question: What do you need today?

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years teaching music in elementary schools. I quickly realized that my favorite part of the day wasn’t the lesson—it was “share time,” where kids opened up and felt heard. That experience led me to earn my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University, and I’ve never looked back.

Therapy with me is collaborative, kind, and real. We’ll work together to help you better understand yourself, build healthier patterns, and move toward the life you want.

When I’m not in session, I’m probably cooking something elaborate, planning my next travel adventure, or relaxing with my partner and our pets.
