Chase Harrington

Hi, my name is Chase. I am a practicum student working on my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Adam’s State University.

My background in exercise science adds to my holistic view of mental well-being, while my experience in hospitality taught me how to meet people where they are with patience, authenticity, and compassion. These experiences continue to influence the way I approach counseling and relationships with clients.

I trust in a client-centered and collaborative approach to counseling and believe each person’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. I strive to help clients explore not only symptom relief, but also deeper questions of identity, meaning, freedom, and personal responsibility. I have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals and understand that many people face challenges related to anxiety and depression, burnout, emotional regulation, self-esteem, relationships, identity, change, and feeling misunderstood in personal, academic, or professional settings. I aim to help clients better understand themselves, build effective coping strategies, and create lives that feel more sustainable and fulfilling.

Looking forward to working with you!

Chase
